Community participation notice
Approved discussions, replies and approved pseudonyms are publicly accessible. Do not use your registered full name or include phone numbers, email addresses, identifying health histories, documents or photographs. There are no uploads in V1.
Participation is optional. Registered patient website accounts are not proof of a clinic visit or independently verified identity. Content is moderated for privacy and suitability. Moderation is not a medical endorsement, professional review or diagnosis.
Respectful, useful conversations
Share general questions and experiences. Do not prescribe treatments, promise outcomes, advertise, harass, impersonate staff or post links. Consult a qualified clinician for individual concerns.
Safety and reporting
This is not an urgent-care service or a continuously monitored channel. Seek appropriate timely medical care for urgent concerns rather than waiting for a community response. Use Report for inappropriate content. Moderators route flagged safety matters to authorized clinic staff through the clinic’s private process.
Review, removal and consent
New content and edits remain private until approved. Editing returns content to pending review. Your account page lets you hide your own contributions and request removal. Audit history may be retained for accountable moderation.
Feedback is private by default. Public testimonial consent and contact permission are separate choices. Public display requires your current consent and an administrator’s approval of the exact submitted text. Withdraw consent from your account page to remove public display immediately.
Authorized administrators can access pending content, reports and feedback for moderation. Public readers do not see contact details, account identifiers or moderation notes. No discussion is automatically linked to clinical records. Contact the clinic for privacy concerns, account closure and retention questions.
Notice version: community-v1-2026-10-26. Patient account privacy.
